>Description:
I ran rperf, a program that talks to rstatd. it continually queries
the rstat daemon. inet though this service was looping and killed it.
>How-To-Repeat:
Connect serveral times to a port server by inetd.
>Fix:
This used to happen on SunOS boxes, sun replaced the inetd with another
one that let you specify how many connections in a given time.
