>Release: 7 August 1995
>Environment:
	Dell Omniplex 5100 (EISA/PCI, Pentium 100)
	16MB RAM
Kernel built today (7 August 1995) binaries from last week
I'm reporting from a different system...
System: NetBSD ghost 1.0A NetBSD 1.0A (GHOST) #0: Tue Jul 4 15:30:23 EDT 1995 root@badboy:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GHOST i386

>Description:
-current kernel fails to mount sd0a with the following error
	...
	sd0(ncr0:0:0): COMMAND FAILED (9 0) @f867c000.
	sd0(ncr0:0:0): extraneous data discarded.
	...
This error repeats endlessly. Occurs right after "dump on dev xxx"

>How-To-Repeat:
Boot -current on PC with NCR SCSI and Quantum DSP3107L
	(well, at least mine)

>Fix:
Don't know. NetBSD 1.0 generic kernel boots correctly and I can
	run fsck against /dev/rsd0a.
