End of month accounting involves running sa -ms this months results were:

sjg is logged in all the time and apart from root accounts for most
activity on the system. 

aeg was logged in for less than 2 days in the month.

Not easy.  This is the first time this has happened.  The acct file
that sa processed is of course now gone...

I can provide the savacct file if that helps.
