Hi everybody,

I just installed NetBSD-01 on my PC (HP Vectra VL2/33se) and almost
everything work fine.
I (up to now) have just a little (but big for what I use the OS for)
problem, since the ethernet card (EtherLink III 16 bit Combo, aka 3c509)
works bad.

1. The kernel doesn't see the card if I do a reboot. I must shutdown and
power off/on the machine each time.

2. Once I connect in/out from/to outside (telnet) the network doesn't
work anymore. If I set the driver (ep0) DOWN and UP via ifconfig
everything start to work magically (without any further problem due
to remote connections).

I use the card on the UTP interface, set with both the link0 and link1
options of iconfig set.

Could anyone help me?
Thanks in advance
