	In 1.0 and -current the stdio manual page describes fgetpos(3)
	and ftell(3) as 'reposition a stream'.

	$ man stdio
>Fix:
	Alter the manual page to say something like 'report stream position'
	for these functions.  The ANSI C wording of 'stores the file
	position indicator' is more precise but I hope the difference
	is not relevant to a unix-like system!
