Subject: Possible NetBSD bug (or my error!)

Hi!
This is Jon Monsarrat writing from Brown University! I'm installing
NetBSD on my Pentium 100. This happens to me:
1. I boot to DOS and use pfdisk to setup my drive. It doesn't
matter whether I make a NetBSD-only or NetBSD/DOS combo.
2. I boot the kernel disk, go to the installation disk, and
type in all the sector information correctly (I've done a NetBSD
installation before, on my 486).
3. I type the big "Yes" and it starts to configure my hard drive.
4. Then, consistently (I've done this about 7 times) it says
wdc0: lost interrupt: status 0 error 0
it says this over and over again, forever (well at least 20 minutes!)
I have an IDE hard drive... I'm not sure what other information you require.
If it's not a bug, please accept my apologies... if it would be possible
to give me a hint, I'd appreciate it. If it is a bug, I'm happy to do
whatever's necessary to poke and test and help figure it out.
-Jon
p.s. also when I try a DOS partition, about 1/2 the time I try to
boot to kernel and switch to install disk, it says "dump area improper"
and reboots instead of getting to the "use sh as shell?" prompt.
