>Description:
man automatically checks /usr/local/man for manfiles, but roots
	default $PATH doesn't look in /usr/local/bin or /usr/local/sbin.
So you have the bizarre situaton where you can compile & install
sup, then read the man pages but not run the program.
(Ok, you can't get less trivial to fix, but should it come like this?)

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
add /usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin to root's path in .profile .cshrc
