I have patches to mount that make it less willing to try to mount
things multiple times.  I thought I submitted them as a pr, but I guess
not; I'll try to remember to do so.  In the meantime, if anyone wants
them drop me mail and I'll send off a copy.  IMO mount_nfs is not the
right place to put the check.
