Here are all the changes I had to make to compile the Dec 23 sourcetree:

1. Change MAN6= atc.0 to MAN= atc.6 in /usr/src/games/atc/Makefile
2. Add MAN= rpc.rquotad.8 to /usr/src/libexec/rpc.rquotad/Makefile
3. Add MAN= amq.8 to /usr/src/usr.sbin/amd/amq/Makefile
4. Change MAN8= netgroup_mkdb.0 to MAN=netgroup_mkdb.8 in
   /usr/src/usr.bin/netgroup_mkdb/Makefile
5. MAN= pstat.8 to /usr/src/usr.sbin/pstat/Makefile
6. add
   #ifndef _SYS_DKBAD_H_
   #define _SYS_DKBAD_H_
   and
   #endif /* !_SYS_DKBAD_H_ */
   to the beginning and end of /usr/src/sys/sys/dkbad.h
