System: NetBSD kolvir 1.0A NetBSD 1.0A (KOLVIR) #6: Sat Dec 10 15:36:44 EST 1994 jtk@kolvir:/u1/NetBSD-current/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/KOLVIR i386

The BOAT_ANCHOR example kernel config file has nonfunctional
AST slave entries. The slave entries need "flags 1" so that the serial line
driver doesn't try to diddle with the interrupt enables on the
individual lines.

Try to use a serial line on an AST 4-port card.

add "flags 1" to the com? lines which are slaved to the AST config node.
