	The com(4) man page is out of sync with the current state of the
	serial driver.

	read the man page.
	read the driver source code.

	- correct the documented error messages
	- add cross-ref to ast(4)
	- document what "flags 1" means ("it's an ast0 sub-device
		with funky interrupts").
	- note that you can set 115200 baud, too..
	- fix spelling error (`seiral')
	Note that ast(4) should document what `flags 1' does, too..
