Actually, src/lib/librpcsvc and src/gnu/lib/libg++ also make their
directories bin:bin, although at least they consistently use BINOWN and
BINGRP.  src/include/Makefile hard-codes bin:bin in several places.

Is there any standard way of adding stuff to a pr you've already sent?
