a Feb 26 -current/i386 kernel panics on boot with the message:

wd0: unable to mount root

or something to that effect (obviously there's nothing in the message log).
This is after wdc0 and all other devices respond to the probe.

This bug also seems to muck with the system clock: mine was reset to Jan 1
1980.
