Subject: Bug #107: ctime "joke"

We have a bug filed against the "joke" in the BUGS section of the
ctime(3) manpage. It reads:

Avoid using out-of-range values with mktime() when setting up
lunch with promptness sticklers in Riyadh.

Normally, I'm inclined to keep the jokes (I was upset when Sun removed
them from their manpages), but I think that this one may be
misinterpreted by people of Arab descent.

I'm not into the whole PC thing, but I'd rather not offend anyone if
it can be avoided.

What do the rest of you think?
