It looks like the folks at Sun get a "We're on DRUGS!" award for this one.

rstat.x, as late as SunOS 4.1.1 (i don't have a more up-to-date
machine handy to check), defines the rstat structs in the same way
NetBSD's does.

rstat.h, on the other hand, is *very* different.

*sigh*  one would hope that at least the people at sun would
use rpcgen to generate their headers from their .x files...
