You may want to pick up my version of src/Makefile from FreeBSD, it is
a good place to start on automating the whole release process.
(I just type make release to build a full release once I have a populater
/usr/obj tree).
It has some ugly stuff in it that will need to change for NetBSD, but
it will give you a good place to start.
