I have a more extensive patch than this, that maps CAPSLOCK to CONTROL
and SHIFT-CAPSLOCK to CAPSLOCK. If I can get my other PC back up (my
BSD box has died... bad motherboard... I'm working on a replacement)
I'll see if I can dig it up.

I thought pccons was deprecated, though.
