Argle!  I meant "EuroSec".

Hmmm... Now I've looked at libdes, it's not quite suitable. I'm looking
again at adding des_setkey() and des_cipher() to UFC-crypt, but my first
attempt (before I took off to last night's New Year's Eve parties) crashed
and burned...

davidb> Given this reminder, I'll probably try that within the week unless you

See above... We'll drop this off netbsd-bugs now (this is Bcc'ed to there).
Once it's sorted out we can put it up for FTP like the last version and
maybe even get it into the NetBSD documentation.

I've got a list of things to sort out: I've cleaned up the Makefile and
README (adding things like man-page installation); des_{setkey,cipher};
feeding the changes back to Michael Glad for merging back into
UFC-crypt-"proper" (it's under a GNU library license); renaming the package
(as I'm in Oz, the name "EuroSec" doesn't quite gel); etc.

Hope to hear from you soon (Peter and anyone else interested).
