I did a sup of current this afternoon.  Just out of curiosity, what
happened on Nov 7th?  I believe I pulled absolutely *every* file over.

Also, in sys/lib/libnetboot, net.c and boot_tftp.c both need to
include sys/param.h in order to compile.
