In addition to all that work, we released the pkgsrc-2006Q4 branch,
managed ably by our release engineers - many thanks to them for that,
and to everyone concerned with the branch itself.

The Package of the Month award goes to pkgsrc/net/cia (in a bid by
Ignatios Souvatzis to trip the most keyword filters ever for a monthly
email). Ignatios writes:

``CIA - Crude IP Accounting can read and process output from
"tcpdump(1)" and "ipmon(8)", divide on accounts and print
	  the balances of those accounts.''

where an account is whatever you can make a filter expression
	for.

Thanks, Ignatios, and here's hoping that next month's nomination (all
attempts at bribery welcomed) is as eventful.
