	Hello,

some of you have probably already noticed that the sources for NetBSD 3.0
have been tagged. This means of course that the release is getting close.
However release engineering might have to make some final changes.

We would therefore like to ask you:

1.) Not to build binaries at this point of time and publically offer them
    as "The NetBSD 3.0 Release".

2.) Not to publish announcements of "The NetBSD 3.0 Release".

An official announcement and the binaries will be published in a few days.
Please be patient until then.
