I would like to welcome a new developer, Federico Lupi <federico@netbsd.org>.
Federico has written a large amount of documentation already (in the form
of the NetBSD Guide[1]), and he'll be working on both integrating it with
NetBSD's current documentation on the web site and expanding it.  Anybody
who'd like to peruse the Guide and help write documentation on new subjects
or offer suggestions is encouraged to. :)
