The building hosting flame.org, services.sorcery.net, kechara.sorcery.net,
sorcery.net mail, www.netbsd.org, ftp.netbsd.org, and mail-index.netbsd.org
will lose power while more lines are run to increase power capacity. 
The power loss should be short, a few hours at most, but it isn't
likely the UPSs will hold out that long in all cases.

I plan to be present for the duration, and if the UPSs drop below 10%
remaining I'll start shutting machines down.  Please plan accordingly.
