To fellow NetBSD CVS and users:

As part of a chiller upgrade in the building where cvs.netbsd.org
resides there will be a cooling and power shutdown the weekend of
October 2 and 3, 1999. The building must be available to the
contractor performing the work by 0000 hours Saturday October 2.
cvs.netbsd.org will be unavailable for the duration of the shutdown.

To prepare for this, machines will start to be shutdown to user access
at 1600 hours, Pacific Time on Friday, October 1. All machines and
network access will be unavailable 2300 hours. The CVS server will
be shutdown somewhere around 1600-1700 hours on Friday.

While the building is scheduled to be down until 2359 hours on October
3, network access and machine access may occur sooner. On the other
hand, cvs.netbsd.org may not be available until about 0800 on Monday
October 4. I will try to arrange for the machine to be available as
early as possible.

This will affect all cvs and anon-cvs access to the NetBSD sources.
Please arrange your work accordingly.
