I am very pleased to announce that the NetBSD Core Group has a new member.

Herb Peyerl has been involved with the NetBSD Project since the very
beginning, and has been a valuable contributor to the Project over the
years.

Herb's primary role in the NetBSD Core Group will be that of promoting
and marketing the NetBSD Project, and it's software product, the NetBSD
Operating System.

We are very happy to have Herb in this new leadership role.  Welcome
aboard, Herb!
