Hi folks...

This is just a quick note that serves two purposes:

	(a) Let you know that the reason the NetBSD lists have
	    been off the air is because of network problems
	    inside best.net/tlg.net, the upstream provider that
	    mail.netbsd.org is connected to, are giving us
	    great amounts of heartburn.

	(b) To apologize for the inconvenience and confusion
	    this no doubt has caused.

We're doing as much as we can to get the mail back on-line.

Folks, please don't send a flood of questions about the network
outage... that will only put unnecessary load on you mail server
and mail.netbsd.org.  We'll announce when the network problems
have been fixed.
