I suggest Wikicities.  I'd sign up for one for NetBSD, but
I believe a actual dev should be the founder.  One caveat
is that content is required to be licensed under the GFDL.

I think a Wiki for NetBSD is a great idea.  If not primarily for
lists of supported hardware.

I would be very interested in helping maintain a wiki for NetBSD.
