Orcas are good because they only need two colours. I'm not sure that they're 
too fond of the net, though.

Another suggestion that I like (made here: 
http://bsd.slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=92922&cid=7993898) is a Roman 
retiarius gladiator. It not only carries a trident like the BSD daemon, but it 
also carries a net.
