Hi,

as far as I know, the owner of a given piece of software still has all
rights even if he publishes his software under a given license. What
I am after is, if a given piece of code is published under the BSD
licence the publisher should still have the right to publish the same
piece of code under e.g. the GPL and vice versa. (At least as long
as one licence does not exclude the right to publish under other
licences)

Can someone with more experience on that matter confirm this
please?
