i looked at the faq, and noted that the FAQ was dated 11-94 at best, so
this is, i hope, a valid question:

is work on the 68k (specifically 040) NetBSD proceeding? or has it been
given up on to focus on the PPC port? I can understand the reasoning since
the PPC is clearly the mac for the future, but then making a do-able OS for
us with old, obsolete, abandoned [ ;) ] macs would be even more important.
