 Note that this is not a null modem cable, it probably won't work
for a terminal. There's a file called 'serial-ports.txt' or something
on sumex in info-mac/info/hdwr that has most you ever wanted to know
about Mac serial ports, but for a null cable you'd need to connect
at least TxD- to RxD, RxD- to TxD and for flow control, HskO to CTS,
HskI to RTS.
