Fooling around with fvwm, I tried to open several xterms in a row.  The
fourth one gave me this error message:

        xterm: No available ptys

Sure enough, /dev contains only pty0-pty3.  How do I make more?  My
existing pty devices were created after building the file system, using the
MacBSD Installer's Build Devices command.
