Are you running dt??????

It is located at:

It is possible the problem is else were but from my readings 9 times out
of 10 the user is not running dt.  The symptom of no dt is that the machine
hangs when you get to the bottom of the screen and the screen has to
scroll.  You can also try clearing the screen every few lines but you better
hope that none of the commands scroll past the end of the screen.
