Thanks for the info...  I'll look into it.  Could you let me know (no
need to send it to the list), if the netbsd10 that you picked up is the
same as the one that is there, now?  I uploaded a new one recently.  It
shouldn't be much different, but just in case...

It should be fine to do this as long as the connection isn't actually
being hung up--and you've got it configured to 9600-N-8-1.  I routinely
reboot my mac II and my slip server (Q700 running MachTen) doesn't
notice the difference.  The same was true when I was using slip over the
modem.
