I've uploaded a newer version of dt. No feature changes, but it should
compile "out-of-the-tar-file" on a current system. It's also set up to
use csh instead of bash. I hope to upload a current bash binary tonight
as well. There are no source diffs to bash--1.14.2 compiles cleanly
from the tar file.
