This is a new version of the program that lets you browse your
MacOS filesystem from MacBSD.  Be sure to read the README, as
always.  I fixed a few bugs in the handling of MacOS's btrees and
added a bunch of caching and performance enhancements.  Please let
me know of both successes and failures with this program because
I'm going to start making it into a vfs filesystem soon.
