Where are the latest MacOS mkfs and installer???  The only versions I have
found in the MacOS directory are extremely old.  I have downloaded most of the
beta-1 .tgz files, and have Unix partitions created, so all I need now is the
appropriate mkfs and installer and netbsd kernel (and booter).
 
By the way, has anyone successfully installed MacBSD off floppies, by saving
the .tgz files (split if necessary) onto floppies first, before running the
installer which I've been told can handle these?
