I have just set up MacBSD on my IIci and am having some problems
getting it set up for use.

1) How exactly do I set up a user account.  I have used vipw and have put
   an * in the password field, but I don't know how to set the 
   password after.

2) What do I set the TERM variable to?  When I set it to vt100 I get some
   strange responses from vi and man.  man works correctly without 
   setting it, but vi won't run without it set.

3) How do I set up my modem and printer for use?  This I have no idea on
   how to do.
