Perhaps we could make it a bit simpler.
If each HD floppy were to hold exactly 2 files of approximately equal size,
each of them could be placed on a LD. That way there would be only one set
of files.  It would waste a little space on 800k floppys, but that is a
minor problem.

The installer could be made to first look to see if the desired file is in the
same folder as the one just loaded.  If not, it would request the location.

That way, one installer and one set of files could handle various sized
floppys as well as my large hard disk.
