Supposing I had a SL/IP connection, or NuBus ethernet card installed,
how could I use it with NetBSD/Mac?

There is a very good chance that I will have access to a machine that
has the latter, pretty soon. (has anyone tried it with the ethernet?)

I noticed the "en" driver, which i suppose is Ethernet, but I am not too
much on configuring these sorts of things :)
