Well, I checked what I have against the current, and find no significant
differences.  So all I can say is, if all else fails, try what works for
me: all current Alpha2 installed, newest kernel installed, use 4k/8k
booter (with proper amount of memory and kernel name set), monitor set
to 1-bit and system in 32-bit mode.  If *that* fails, scream! ;-)
