macbsd-general: SE/30 problem

I'm trying to install MacBSD on an SE/30 with an external Quantum GO805
hard drive with SCSIID 4. When I try to run Mkfs and select SCSIID 4, I
get:

	Error on SCSI Select(), #2
	get_deviceinfo returned 2
	Partition read SCSIID = 0
	Error on SCSI Select(), #2

What's going on?
