This would involve someone having a running NetBSD/mac68k (or
NetBSD/m68k, anyway) system, or a set of cross-development tools
to build a NetBSD/mac68k kernel.

Ah.  I don't know if anyone actively working on it, but I think I know what
needs to be done...  I just have higher-priority things (IMO :-) on my plate.
