That's what I got when I called several times last year.  Not that they
were out of print, but that they were out of stock and they hadn't sent
them back to get more printed.

I haven't called 'em recently--got disgusted.  You might try posting on
comp.periphs.scsi or something to see if anyone has docs that they don't
need anymore...
