Make this one machine/keyboard.h and define KEYBOARD_ARRAY when you
compile it.

Compile it, put it somewhere and run it after logging in.  I wouldn't
put it in my .cshrc.  I _might_ put it in my .login if I knew that I
would always want to have it run.
