I take that back.  TCSAFLUSH is an argument to tcsetattr(), not an
ioctl argument.  The equivalent ioctl argument would be TIOCSETAF.

Sorry for any confusion.  If you want me to look at the kermit source,
let me know, but there is a version of kermit that will compile
'out of the box' under NetBSD (according to to the README in othersrc on
sun-lamp.  The location for this is kermit.columbia.edu:/kermit.
I don't know what version.
