Please Help!  

I would like to get the NetBSD/mvme port up but I am having hardware troubles.

I have a MVME147 system and a MVME147S system each with the MVME712M 
Transition Module that both seem to have the same problem.

When I power up each of the systems, the panel lights come on, FAIL and STATUS 
go out and RUN and SCON light but I don't get any response on the terminal.  I 
have tried straight cables and using a NULL MODEM.

These boards were working when they were used last, three or four years ago.

Any ideas on how to debug these beasts?
