ath0: device timeout (txq 1)

I'm getting snowed with this message on console (at IETF, its a dense
mesh of 802.11 a/b/g with and without crypto.

I'm on a Thinkpad X31 with the IBM a/b/g card. wifi works, so this may
just be in the annoyance space, but if there is something I can do to
stop getting the message, or the condition which causes it, I'd love to
know.
