Sorry fo my wrong misleading dmesg.boot file, actually the
kernel-4.99.36 was OK, and when I update to 4.99.37 from the dailybuid
HEAD-200711230002Z, the hang occured.

Hours ago I disabled the apm by booting the kernel from the
HEAD-200711230002Z with "-c" parameter, and then It gone well.

And so did the kernel from HEAD-200711240002Z.
