On my amd64 machiene the second time /dev/console is closed (i.e. I boot
single user, log out, login in multi user, log out again) the kernel
crashes with a double fault (code=0), but does not drop into ddb.

Maybe amd64 should display the pc (in addition to the trap code) if it is a
kernel fault?
